    Below are fitting instructions for installing the
    onto a curved edge aluminium mudguard.

    2 x Pre formed arches with clips attached
    10 x Aluminium rivets

    Ensure the 5 spray suppressant retaining
    clips are spaced evenly around the
    suppressant, all facing the same direction.
    Position the suppressant evenly on the
    inside of the mudguard & using the clip
    as a guide drill a 5mm hole at the top
    clip postion.
    Attach the clip to the mudguard with
    the supplied rivet, with the head on
    the outside.
    Drill & rivet the 4 remaining clips,
    working from the centre out.

    The SSKIT-P100R Spray Suppressant Kit is designed to be fitted to curved edge aluminium truck mudguards to help reduce road spray and improve safety in wet driving conditions. This kit is commonly used on prime movers, trucks and trailers fitted with aluminium mudguards. The spray suppressant arches attach directly to the mudguard and help control water spray from the tyres, improving visibility for vehicles travelling behind your truck. Manufactured from durable materials, the kit is designed for long service life in demanding transport environments. The kit is simple to install and is supplied with pre-formed suppressant arches and aluminium rivets for easy fitting to aluminium mudguards.

    Basic Fitting Instructions
    • Position the pre-formed suppressant arch along the outer edge of the aluminium mudguard.
    • Ensure the clips align evenly along the mudguard edge.
    • Mark the rivet positions through the clip mounting holes.
    • Drill holes suitable for the supplied aluminium rivets.
    • Secure the suppressant arch to the mudguard using the rivets provided.
    • Check that the arch is firmly secured and evenly fitted along the mudguard.
